**Job Description and Requirements**:
As a lash and brow artist at Lavoom Salon, you will be responsible for providing top-notch beauty services that meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your role will involve:

- Conducting consultations with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable lash and brow treatments.
- Performing lash extensions, brow shaping, tinting, threading, and other related services with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene protocols, and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients.
- Educating clients on proper aftercare routines and recommending retail products to enhance their beauty regimen.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in lash and brow artistry through continuous learning and training opportunities.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Relevant professional experience in lash and brow artistry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in various lash extension techniques, brow shaping methods, and other related services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and artistic flair to deliver customized looks that suit clients' features and preferences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
