Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Treasurer, primary responsibilities are to assist the Treasurer with global cash management, credit agreement compliance, foreign exchange hedging, bank account administration, and other treasury functions as required.

**Health and Safety**:

**General**:

- Co-ordinate daily cash management of Redpath’s global operations in Canada, USA, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia including preparation of weekly cash reports and forecasts along with detailed analysis.
- Assist with the compliance, including covenant calculations, of the company’s credit agreements with various Canadian and international banks.
- Assist with the maintenance of foreign exchange hedge accounting documentation, maintain the company’s foreign exchange hedging model and assist with the foreign exchange trade execution.
- Assist with user and account administration of online banking platforms, and documentation for bank account opening, closing and signatory amendments.
- Administer bank borrowing and repayments as well as inter-company loans among group companies globally.
- Credit reviews and ratings on current and prospective customers.
- Other treasury duties and functions as required by the Treasurer.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business or a closely related field.
- Approximately five (5) years’ relevant treasury experience gained from a complex Corporate Treasury environment or the banking industry.

- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
- Effective and creative problem solver.
