We are currently looking for an experienced.
- The Auto Body Refinisher / Prepper Painter will_

Be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. They will meticulously refinish/paint each customer’s vehicle to restore it back to pre-accident condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Mix paints to match vehicle colors and ensure proper consistency.
- Monitor drying times and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal finish.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring that they are free from imperfections such as runs, sags, or orange peel.
- Touch up paint as needed to correct any flaws or inconsistencies.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others from hazardous materials and fumes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and disposal of painting materials.
- Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and managers, to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automotive painting techniques and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter, preferably in a collision repair or automotive refinishing environment.
- Proficiency with painting equipment, including spray guns, air compressors, and mixing systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless finishes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
- Certification or training in automotive painting is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to paint fumes and other chemicals.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects, such as paint cans and equipment.
