Sessional Supervisors will be on call to meet the needs of student teachers in the field; such students will be identified and assigned through the Professional Development & Field Experiences office. Supervisors will act as a liaison for the faculty offering resources, guidance and support for the cooperating teachers and students. Sessional Supervisors are expected to be available to visit and provide support/guidance as needed by the interns and/or cooperating teachers for the duration of internship. If a student does not continue in the field, the supervisor may continue to support the student in preparation for a repeated attempt at internship.

Remuneration for this position is based on the current rate of $614.62 per assigned intern student teacher congruent with the URFA Collective Agreement.

Position Requirements

**Fluency in French is an asset.**

A current Police Information Check/Criminal Record Check (including a “Vulnerable Sector Search”) will be required prior to employment and paid by the employee. This is a condition of employment which aligns with University and School Division policies throughout the province of Saskatchewan.

Must have access to personal vehicle.

Please note if circumstances emerge that interrupt the completion of the contract, payment will be prorated for work completed.
