**About the role**:
Are you patient, diligent, and a cooperative team player? If you enjoy working individually to support the goals of your team and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and your attention to detail and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently complete all paperwork, ensuring it’s accurate, detailed, and complete
- Participate in required training and seek training opportunities that are exciting to you and benefit the business
- Assist our RV Technicians to make required repairs to units when necessary
- Communicate any issues related to product information, quality, warranty, or other important unit performance information to our Dispatcher
- Safety orientated and always working in a safe and healthy manner by always wearing PPE (including a fresh air respirator, eye protection, gloves, and coveralls as required) and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical or technical experience is an asset
- Goal-orientated and self-motivated
- Moderate computer literacy and experience
- Ability and willingness to meet moderate physical demands including working in confined spaces and in awkward positions or at odd angles; wearing a harness when working at heights of over 10 feet; working outside for periods of time year-round
