**Job Title**:Project Manager

**Main Purpose of the Job**:
The Project Manager for CAPC Niagara Brighter Futures and CPNP Healthy from the Start is responsible for the overall management of CAPC/CPNP programs. The Project Manager ensures the successful delivery of programs, goals and objectives and is responsible for the coordinating and operating functions of the CAPC/CPNP initiatives. The Project Manager develops and implements the short-term and long-term strategic plan for CAPC/CPNP programs.

Executive Director or Director of Operations

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction of CAPC/CPNP program
- Manage CAPC/CPNP in accordance of the Public Health Agency of Canada
- Manage financial aspects of the program
- Provide program updates to Strive Executive Director and Public Health Agency of Canada
- Establish and monitor program goals and objectives
- Evaluate program data
- Act as a support for participants, staff and programs as required
- Research and access community/program needs and resources for program development and implementation
- Liaise with the Public Health Agency of Canada
- Assess and choose the best opportunities for community partnerships
- Negotiate partnership agreements including financial support, program delivery and communication
- Market and promote CAPC/CPNP programs in the community
- Sit on appropriate committees within the community
- Work with multiple agencies within the community across different sectors in order to establish a good working relationship with community partners
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise program staff

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the field with parent involvement programs and at-risk families
- Management experience preferable
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in Community Development
- Experience in supervising staff
- Early Childhood Education Diploma and/or Social Service Diploma would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $25.85-$30.75 per hour
