Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pipe Insulation**:
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit pipes accurately.

Install insulation materials around pipes, fittings, and valves.

Secure insulation using appropriate fasteners, adhesive, or cladding.

Ensure proper alignment and sealing to prevent heat loss or condensation.

Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine insulation requirements.

Use hand tools such as saws, knives, and tape measures to perform insulation tasks.
- **Material Handling**:
Safely handle and transport insulation materials and tools.

Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- **Quality Control**:
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.

Make necessary adjustments and repairs to meet project specifications.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the plumbing and welding teams to ensure insulation requirements are met.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- **Qualifications**:
Previous experience in pipe insulation or a related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of insulation materials and techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.

Ability to lift and handle materials.

Reliable and punctual for weekend shifts.
- **Working Conditions**:
Part-time position, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and statutory holiday.

Work may involve standing, bending, and lifting.

May require occasional overtime and flexibility in scheduling to meet project needs.
