**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and imaginative Director of Marketing to join our team. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and industry-leading products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven marketing professional who can help us expand our reach and impact. As the only current full-time marketing team member initially, the Director of Marketing will need to be hands-on, managing and executing all marketing activities while strategically growing the team and managing external relationships.

**Responsibilities**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies**:

- Evolve and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
- Tailor strategies to align with the company's goals and target audience.

**Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget**:

- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as needed.

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams**:

- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Coordinate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.

**Operationalize marketing strategy**:

- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Produce and distribute high-quality content across various channels.

**Conduct market research**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Understand customer behaviors, preferences, needs, and pain points to inform marketing strategies.

**Manage tradeshows and events**:

- Plan and execute successful tradeshows and events to showcase company products and services.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities to ensure event success.

**Manage and grow marketing capacity**:

- Identify talent needs and recruit new team members as the company grows.
- Manage relationships with contractors and outsourced partners to expand capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.

**Must Have Qualifications**:
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand growth and market share.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.

Solid knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, CRM software, and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot to track and improve marketing performance.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable marketing plans.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in HubSpot
- Experience in leveraging HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
- Ability to create and optimize marketing workflows within HubSpot.
- Ability to segment audiences and tailor content to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Social Media Qualifications.
- Proven experience in growing social media communities and creating engaging content.
- Ability to manage social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring high engagement and follower growth

Tradeshow and Events.
- Experience planning and executing successful tradeshows and events.
- Strong organizational skills to manage event logistics, from planning to post-event follow-up.
