Service Advisor

The service advisor opening is located at 1000 Islands RV Centre,409 2, Gananoque, ON a subsidiary company of Leisure Days RV Group

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Meeting & greeting service customers.
- Taking service-related calls from customers and scheduling appointments.
- Interpret customer concerns and comments for the technician to ensure accuracy diagnose.
- Able to be the liaison between the customer and the entire service team.
- Professionally communicates with customers in a way that builds comfort and confidence.
- Provides estimates, creates work orders, and facilitates all units service.
- Schedules and ensures deliveries, warranty and customer repair work are completed in priority order while following an established process.
- Keeps customers informed and updated of the repair status of their units.
- Verifies quality control has been done and completes final billing and delivery to customers.
- Sells additional service/maintenance, parts, and accessories.
