We’re looking for a** **Learning & Development Consultant - Instructional Design** to join our growing team

As a **Learning & Development Consultant in Instructional Design,** your work will have a big impact on the achievement of our goals. People will count on you to be an energetic and creative individual who can design and develop various eLearning and instructor-led courses in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

This is a **full-time 12-14 month contract** **position available at all Intact offices across Canada, excluding Quebec.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Implement instructional design and adult learning theory to further knowledge transfer across the organization
- Work collaboratively with other team members to develop strong, innovative, and technology-enhanced courses and programs
- Maintain results and be able to collaborate to ensure outcomes are on track to meet business needs

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult education and instructional theories
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate 360
- Experience with Vyond or other video creation tools (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred)
- Ability to develop entry-level and advanced-level courses for a variety of audience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong collaboration skills
