Crew Leader

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a crew of paving workers
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the crew
- Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and deadlines
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and procedures
- Oversee the project on site and manage all aspects of rubber paving
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques and practices
- Proficiency in English or/and French
- Experience in landscape maintenance and general labour
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and crew members
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
