Esthetic Trainer

Derme&Co, a leading skincare company located at 4930 Ch. Bois Franc, St-Laurent, is currently seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Esthetic Trainer. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual who possesses a passion for skincare, has a strong command of both English and French languages, and is open to occasional travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting training sessions on skincare techniques and product knowledge
- Developing comprehensive training materials and resources
- Assisting in the creation of training programs tailored to different skill levels
- Providing ongoing support to estheticians to ensure their professional development
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance product sales through effective training

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the esthetics industry
- Proven track record in sales or retail experience would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs

**Experience**:

- aesthetician: 5 years (preferred)
