Property Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. This is a part-time position that requires technical skills and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Collaborate to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly

**Skills**:

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using appropriate tools
- Experience in maintenance, and general repairs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
