**Description**

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to work on a program design/ implementation plan/ program development plan for a digital identity initiative.

While the resource will work remotely, they must be available to work on-site when requested. Must work during regular business hours. Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site meetings. Must be Canadian citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Available to lead frequent (daily) face-to-face meetings with clients and technical teams.
- 8 years’ experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- 8 years’ experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.
- 8 years’ experience in managing projects within a large and complex enterprise public sector environment.
- 8 years’ experience in a project management role.
- 8 years’ experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
- 8 years’ experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- 8 years’ senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders to communicate progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team.
- Ability to manage stress and conflict.
- 8 years’ experience leading change management and communication planning.
- 8 years’ experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, including executive level.
- 8 years’ experience creating and managing project forecasts in Microsoft Project.
- 8 years’ experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- 8 years’ experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment.
- 8 years’ experience working with staff, contractors and vendor teams.

**Location**
- Edmonton/Hybrid

**Work Environment**
- 3 years with 1 possible 2-year extension

**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
