**The Opportunity**:
Tiltco Architectural is currently seeking a shipper/receiver who is willing to learn and has exceptional attention to detail.

**Job Information**:

- Full-time, 42.5 hours per week
- M-F, 6am-3pm
- $22-26 an hour (Depending on experience)

**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
Shipping
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating all outgoing & incoming shipments: Local, Equipment Transport and Courier
- Complete shipments: Communicate, Negotiate and Coordinate with carriers, site contacts, vendors, customs broker, Tiltco drivers or any party involved with a shipment
- Complete and submit required paperwork (customs invoices, packing slips, labels, and delivery notes etc.)
- Working with team members to ensure products are picked, packaged, labelled and shipped out accordingly
- Aid in the clearance of outgoing/incoming shipments when required
- Keep tracking log of outgoing and incoming shipments

Receiving
- Receive all incoming shipments, verifying contents and ensuring they match packing slips
- Inspecting incoming goods for damages, defects or other issues and report discrepancies to appropriate parties
- Distributing and stocking goods received

Other responsibilities
- Tracking of glass racks, and ensuring glass racks are returned from job sites

**Requirements**:

- Valid Forklift Licence
- Knowledgeable with computers and Microsoft Office
- Organizational Skills
- Valid Drivers Licence

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 - 43 per week
