Dishwasher/busser for Summer

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Hours: WED - SAT (adding TUESDAYS in JULY & AUG) shifts vary and are either 12pm - APPROX 3pm or 6pm - APPROX 9pm, we are looking for a flexible person who can be available for either shift. We are closed SUNDAYS & MONDAY'S

**Duties**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
- Support servers and kitchen staff with various tasks as required.

**Skills**:

- Experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to assist guests and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to help wherever needed in the restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment.
