We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to providing the best IT solutions to our clients.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation & Client Meetings: Collaborate with our marketing agency and outbound lead generation team to generate potential client leads and schedule meetings.
- Proposal Creation: Analyze client needs and develop tailored IT solutions proposals that cater to their specific requirements.
- Sales & Client Relationship: Actively pursue and close business opportunities. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the MSP industry trends and competition. Provide feedback and recommendations for service enhancements or new offerings.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance against set targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Education or Relevant Experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT/MSP industry.
- Strong understanding of the MSP business model and IT solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets.
