We are looking for a qualified Investigator to conduct internal and external investigations into inappropriate behaviors, such as misconduct and violations of company guidelines. You will work closely with members of the organization and industry partners, playing a crucial role in protecting our organization and continuously optimizing our procedures. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting internal investigations into employee dishonesty (misconduct, violation of guidelines, etc.)
- Conducting external investigations into large-scale thefts
- Conducting internal interviews
- Preparing detailed investigation reports, keeping notes accurately updated, and communicating findings to relevant parties
- Identifying gaps in company processes and guidelines, analyzing root causes to prevent future issues
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with company members and industry partners.

**Must be located in Montreal**
**Qualifications**
- Degree in criminology, law, business administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience conducting internal and external investigations (e.g., fraud, theft, guideline violations)
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to compliance, professional ethics, and data protection
- Proficiency in computer tools and software used for managing investigations (databases, incident management systems, reporting tools)
- Experience with video surveillance systems, evidence management, or other security technologies is an asset
- Experience in law enforcement is a plus.
