Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that stimulate children's cognitive and emotional growth.
- Embrace Pincher Creek's natural wonders by incorporating outdoor activities and exploration into daily routines.
- Foster a caring and inclusive environment where children feel cherished, respected, and empowered.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

**Requirements**:

- ECE certification in Alberta (Level 1, 2, or 3) - or willing to obtain
- Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector search (less than 6 months since date of check)
- A flair for creativity and the ability to infuse imagination into every aspect of learning.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Genuine love for the outdoors and a desire to incorporate nature into the learning process.
- A strong belief in the potential of every child and a commitment to their holistic growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$30.62 per hour
