Asset Management System Analyst

**Summary of Duties**
Reporting to the Manager, Assets, Energy, and Reliability (AER) or designate, the Asset Management Systems Analyst coordinates and establishes daily maintenance schedules, backlogs, planned repairs, and servicing work in conjunction with the Supervisors of Operations and Planning; collects and inputs maintenance and cost record activities as related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Facilities practices; and conducts analysis, interprets data and prepares reports to support service efficiency and economy.

**Work Performed**
Receive and prioritize all requests for service, taking into account multiple factors including technical, safety, and service expectations.

Prepare regular and periodic analyses, reports, and schedules related to the monitoring of Facilities Key Performance Indicators (KPI), budget status, and subledger details.

Assume responsibility for data entry and integrity of business information in EAM software.

Develop processes to track and report on budget and establish metrics in support of budgeting process.

Employ data mining techniques to support service delivery, efficiency, and economy, analyze data, prepare reports and make recommendations regarding service delivery.

Maintain the daily subledger activity in EAM system while in support of AER group.

Operate hardware and software related to the EAM systems.

Responsible for the data entry and integrity of business information in EAM systems software.

Work with AER Planners, Maintenance and FD&C Supervisors, and Technologists to verify information and documentation, status of repairs, preventative maintenance, and as built project data.

Communicate and liaise as necessary with maintenance Supervisors and contractors regarding details and circumstances requiring immediate or priority service.

Provide analytical and administrative support in the development of budget recommendations.

Track and report regulatory electrical safety plans to Maintenance Manager.

Maintain and update operational manuals and associated procedures.

Assign, review and supervise the work of cooperative education students.

Perform related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Experience**
Completion of a two-year College diploma in mechanical, electrical, architectural, building science or building management.

Four years of previous related job experience.

**Specialized Training & Licenses** Skills and abilities in the following areas are necessary**:
Business Management skills and training dealing with computer systems, MS suite products, and Computerized Maintenance Management or Enterprise Asset Management Systems.

Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulations.

Valid Driver's Licence-Class G.

**Compensation and Other Information**
$50,742 - $72,422 (Level 11)

This is a permanent position being filled on a temporary basis for up to 2 years.

**Other Information**:
Current hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 3:30 p.m.
