Cribbing Foreman

**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and reliable crew leader or foreman. This position is full-time hours but is dependent on work load.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, as well as clear comprehension for taking and giving direction and instructions.

For this position, the pay is determined based on experience.

**Duties**:

- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
- Unload material, prepare and maintain work site/station.
- Constructing, erecting and installing wood formwork for concrete walls.
- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment; safely operate a

variety of tools including saws, grinders and a range of hand tools.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely, effective and safe manner.
- Ensure that work site/station and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules

**Requirements and/or Qualifications**:

- Posses a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50lbs.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with others including employees,

co-workers and the general public.
- Experience in concrete foundations or construction.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
