**Responsibilities**
- Maintains the building interior and exterior which include completing minor and major janitorial duties.
- Maintains all building washrooms in good working condition and cleanliness. Will be able to do minor repairs or work with contractor to have fixed asap
- Ensures the maintenance of all buildings and the lot and parking lots, by picking up and disposing of all office and outside trash.
- Ensures equipment, electrical, plumbing and heating are operational by conducting regular inspections.
- Monitors necessary inventory levels for washrooms and kitchen and places orders with manager as needed.

**Educational/Experience Requirements**
- Previous Janitorial/maintenance experience required
- Working knowledge of maintenance equipment
- Must be a self-starter and take initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Heavy lifting required
- Criminal Record Check completed and cleared by OPENLANE/ADESA is mandatory

Salary is $19-22 per hour and benefits are company paid
