**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Neapolitan Pizza, located in Burnaby, BC. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, financials, inventory, and customer service. In addition, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is providing an authentic culinary experience, innovating new dishes and flavors, and creating an inviting atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and kitchen management.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant management is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation, service, and handling procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
