Receptionist

Investment Planning Counsel is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-service orientated individual to join our team. The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and an overall positive experience.
**RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Greet clients and guests
- Maintain an upscale atmosphere focused on customer satisfaction and positive client relationships
- Confirming appointments
- Managing Calendars
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Interact with clients and greet walk-ins.
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Making sure correct information is on file for clients
- Managing client and office events
- Other tasks as needed
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Highschool Diploma
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Strong technology and computer skills
- knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
This is full time position. Office experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train if you are willing to learn.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $32,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
