As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and lead our financial operations, with additional responsibilities in payroll and human resources management.

**Position Overview**:
As the CFO with payroll responsibilities, you will be a key member of our executive team, reporting directly to Operations. You will oversee all financial activities, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately, and foster a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Lead payroll processing activities, including payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on financial matters.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for the Operations Manager and the CEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, preferably in Agriculture.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing payroll processes and familiarity with payroll software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and implementing process improvements.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
