Responsibilities:

- Oversee the estimating process for construction projects from start to finish
- Manage a team of estimators and provide guidance and support
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
- Utilize estimating software
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Analyze project scope and develop detailed take-offs and material quantities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current pricing trends and industry standards
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients in a timely manner
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships

**Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in construction estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders

The Estimating Manager plays a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates, managing the estimating process, and ensuring competitive bids. If you have a passion for construction estimating and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to join our team.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
