**Position Summary**: For students with little or no background in human biology, this course is a basic introduction to biological concepts related to human health and disease. Topics include a review of anatomy, physiology and the pathology of selected organ systems and their associated diseases.

**Qualifications - Other**: PhD in related discipline. Previous university teaching experience and refereed publications in the area preferred but not essential.
