As an Advisor, Visual Communications, supporting Communications and Business Development Solutions for Group Benefits and Retirement Savings, you will provide graphic support for various client, advisor, and plan member presentations and communications, always ensuring quality and respect for deadlines.

Your organizational skills and proactivity will be an asset as you share your ideas and contribute to problem-solving in the context of these projects. Interpersonal skills will also be essential since you will be called upon to collaborate with stakeholders in different complementary fields.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Work with communications writers and project managers to develop branded communications for plan members, advisors, and clients-
- Prepare and coordinate the production of presentations for advisors, clients, and plan members, in collaboration with various partners (business development and operational sectors)- Ensure that mandate parameters are understood, and timelines always met- Consolidate and integrate feedback from various collaborators and perform quality control on the final communication/presentationOther working conditions- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available: 1

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- A minimum of one year of relevant experience- Experience in communicating creativity while respecting graphic standards- Experience working under pressure

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required.

Specific knowledge- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Word- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat-
- Intermediate level of French, both spoken and written- Intermediate knowledge of English both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
