Nous recherchons une personne compétente et expérimentée pour rejoindre notre équipe afin de donner la formation certifiée « OWWA Backflow/Cross Connection Control » en matière de contrôle des refoulements d’eau et des raccordements croisés. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de la prestation de séances de formation de haute qualité, de l’éducation des participantes et participants sur les techniques de prévention des refoulements et de la conformité aux normes de l’OWWA. Ce poste exige une expertise en prévention des refoulements d’eau et une forte capacité à transmettre des concepts complexes à un public diversifié.

Salaire : 60 à 100$ par heure

**Responsabilités**:

- Organiser des formations sur la prévention des refoulements de l’OWWA en vue de la certification;
- Élaborer et mettre à jour le matériel de formation pour l’harmoniser avec les normes et les règlements de l’OWWA;
- Évaluer la compréhension des participantes et participants et leur fournir une rétroaction constructive;
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l’industrie, des réglementations et des meilleures pratiques liées à la prévention des refoulements;
- Collaborer avec les autorités compétentes pour s’assurer que les programmes de formation répondent aux exigences de certification;
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux participantes et participants dans l’obtention et le maintien de la certification OWWA Backflow;
- Tenir des registres précis des progrès des participantes et participants et de l’état de certification.

- Certification OWWA Backflow obligatoire;
- Expérience éprouvée en tant que spécialiste de la prévention des refoulements ou un rôle similaire;
- Solide connaissance des règlements et des normes de l’OWWA;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation;
- Capacité à adapter les méthodes de formation à différents styles d'apprentissage;
- Souci du détail et sens aigu de l'organisation;
- Engagement à maintenir un niveau élevé de qualité de la formation;
- Certification en enseignement ou formation, un atout;
- Expérience de travail auprès de l'OWWA ou d’organismes de réglementation similaires.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as an OWWA Backflow and Cross Connection Control Certified Instructor. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, educating participants on backflow prevention techniques, and ensuring compliance with OWWA standards. This role requires expertise in backflow prevention and a strong ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.

- Provide guidance and support to participants in achieving and maintaining OWWA Backflow Certification.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and certification status.

**Qualifications**:

- Mandatory OWWA Backflow Certification.
- Proven experience as a Backflow Prevention Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OWWA regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of training quality.
- Teaching or training certification is a plus.
- Experience working with OWWA or similar regulatory bodies.
