Next to charging systems, our web-connected fast charging solutions offer a wide range of connectivity features such as remote monitoring, remote management & assistance, payment system and smart-grid integration. This vacancy is for the E-Mobility Service Department. Working in the Electrification E-Mobility, you will manage the on-time and in-budget delivery of critical ‘opportunity’ service projects with consistently excellent customer support. This requires excellent organizational, planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills when working intimately with our growing and increasingly diverse local customer base and our specialized internal teams in Canada. You will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Keeps regular meetings with customers to show project evolution.
- Tracks on costs, gets change orders and keeps track on margins.
- Coordinates deliveries, adjusts and administrates CBOT (Customer Block of Time).
- Works close to the Service Coordinator and all other groups: Sales, Operations.
- Purchasing, Receiving, Delivery and Quality.
**Your background**:
- Bilingual English / French.
- Engineering degree and member of OIQ.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as project manager.
- Service experience will be considered an asset (Service Level Agreements).
- Ability to travel across Canada
