**Career Opportunity**
We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Leadership team and be a true brand ambassador for our Village Nissan and Markham Infiniti dealership that will soon be merging into a single dynamic location.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all dealership departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
- Have a strong knowledge of Nissan and Infiniti brands.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Direct the sales managers to set sales and gross objectives for the team.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical business practices.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals.
- Ensure that Product Knowledge is maintained at all levels of the dealerships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising.
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and maintain strong relationships to optimize dealership performance.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a General Manager within the Automotive industry, ideally with exposure to multiple dealerships.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and manufacturer requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a history of outstanding success in a high-volume dealership.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficient in using dealership management systems and related software.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction with experience in problem resolution.
- In-depth Knowledge of CDK.
