**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and student learning objectives.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to discuss student performance and areas for improvement.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence in students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting, such as ABA instructor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts to students.
- Ability to educate diverse learners with varying levels of understanding.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that inspires students.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.45-$51.90 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
