Accounts Payable Technician

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un **Technicien aux comptes payables (remplacement d’un congé de maternité d’un an avec possibilité de prolongation) **pour notre bureau de **Ste-Anne de-Bellevue**.
- Vérifier, coder et saisir les factures des fournisseurs
- Effectuer les paiements hebdomadaires
- Préparer les chèques, les virements et autres paiements en ligne
- Effectuer les rapprochements mensuels des cartes de crédit et des comptes bancaires
- Vérifier les comptes de dépenses des employés
- Maintenance des comptes des fournisseurs
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et les clients internes
- Effectuer des analyses du grand livre général
- Participer aux activités de fin de mois
- Préparer les dépôts bancaires
- Mettre les taux de change à jour des différentes devises dans le ERP
- Traiter les appels entrants
- Autres tâches administratives générales

**Profil recherché**:

- A.E.C ou D.E.C. en comptabilité ou tout autre diplôme pertinent
- Minimum un an d’expérience pertinente pour le poste
- Excellente connaissance de la suite Office
- Connaissance d’un système ERP
- Très bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Le travail sera effectué à partir de notre bureau de Sainte-Anne-de Bellevue.

expand. We are currently seeking an **Account payable technician (one year maternity leave replacement with possibility of extension)** for our **Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue**office.
- Verifying, coding and entering supplier invoice
- Completing weekly payments
- Preparing cheques, wire transfers and other online payments
- Completing monthly credit card and bank accounts reconciliations
- Auditing employees’ expense reports
- Maintaining supplier accounts
- Establishing and maintaining good relations with suppliers and internal clients
- Performing general ledger analysis
- Participate in month-end activities
- Prepare bank deposits
- Update exchange rates of various currencies in ERP
- Handle incoming calls
- Other general administrative tasks

- Meet deadlines and obligations
- Pay close attention to detail when performing tasks
- Be trustworthy, reliable and responsible

**Profile required**:

- A.E.C. or D.E.C. in accounting or any other relevant degree
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience for the position
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
- Knowledge of an ERP system
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken

The work will be performed from our Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue office.
