We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the Receiver (Non-Ferrous) - Labourer position at our London Location.

**Job Description**:

- Receive, sort, and organize different types of non-ferrous metals
- Classify the non-ferrous and establish the type of material
- Properly weigh and track the material
- Do general maintenance of the premises
- Ensure the equipment is in good condition
- Data entry into the RECY system
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help with torch cutting if necessary
- Preparing shipments and receiving equipment using forklift as required
- Work with a safety-oriented mindset

**Qualifications**:

- A Minimum of 1 year of experience is required in a labourer role
- Experience in the metal scrap industry will be considered as an asset
- Experience in using machines like Lift Truck / Forklift, Skid steer will be considered as an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Always strive for excellence and constant improvement

HEALTH AND SAFETY

- Responsible for reporting all accidents, illnesses, or ‘near miss’ incidents to management

HOURS OF WORK
- Permanent and full-time position
- 40 hours per week, able to work extended hours/weekends when deemed necessary
