BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a **Delivery Manager **to join our team.

**Who we’re looking for**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, encouraging their professional growth and development
- Manage and coordinate software releases across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient release process
- Develop and maintain a release calendar, synchronizing with project schedules and milestones
- Establish and enforce release policies and standards, ensuring each release is compliant and meets quality assurance criteria
- Foster the adoption and refinement of agile methodologies within the team
- Work closely with the Technical Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Software Development teams to understand and manage software dependencies, preventing potential conflicts
- Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project delivery with business objectives
- Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to define project objectives, scope, and performance metrics
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and upper management
- Work closely with the team to remove impediments, facilitating the completion of the project deliverables
- Promote continuous improvement, encouraging the team to innovate and adopt best practices to optimize performance
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of compliance to data security and other relevant industry regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Delivery Manager, or a similar managerial role in tech project management.
- Strong understanding and experience in software release management across multiple teams and projects.
- Familiarity with business and technical requirements analysis, verification, and methodology development.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and other agile practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to make sound decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external client stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
