Dental Receptionist

Our rapidly growing office is looking for a confident, friendly dental administrator to grow with us. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish a rewarding future in a fast-paced dental office We have a full-time position available immediately. We are looking for someone who has experience working with people from all walks of life, is willing to try new things, learns from mistakes, and celebrates successes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- General administrative tasks
- Scheduling and appointments
- Communicate with referring doctors’ offices, patients, and pharmacies
- Billing of patients and insurance providers
- Day-end/month-end financial reports.
- Maintenance of department statistics and other reports

Compensation $18+/hour, based on experience.
