Small Engine Service Technician

We are looking for the _right individual_ to join our **Service Department Team in the Small Engine Division**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Performs on-site diagnostics & repair of small hand held and walk behind equipment.
- Works in a safe, efficient manner in co-operation with other dealership employees.
- Participates in required training programs.
- Accurate, concise completion of of time tickets/work orders.
- Accounts for all time & materials used to perform assigned tasks.
- Maintains a tidy work area at all times (e.g.) pressure wash shop floor & return tools to proper storage area(s) upon job completion.
- Respect for company assets; keeping service vehicles clean and tools in good repair.
- Ensures customer equipment is clean after service before return.
- Promotes company to customers and informs management of any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 2 years experience performing service/repairs.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of small engines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience but licensed technician preferred.
- Valid, clean driver's license with a preference for commercial license.
- Fork lift license preferred.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
