**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret data and analyze results.
- Develop process improvement strategies by running and analyzing data-driven output and identifying business priorities.
- Work closely with a variety of teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and analytical issues on behalf of business users.
- Develop and implement data collection strategies that optimize efficiency, data quality and ease of access.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies**:

- 2-year associate degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/business preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years IT work experience (must have experience with Enterprise Application support).
- Ability to conduct training and educating the business stakeholder.
- Experience in documenting system issues and resolutions.
- Must be user focused and foster good customer relations.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, & organizational skills.
- Be able to travel as required.
- Be able to work outside the standard work hours as required.
- Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience required in the waste industry is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
