Labourer/groundworker

Arborist Assistant / groundcrew - 1 permanent part-time position available. 3-4 days a week, year round employment available. Located out of Yarker, ON 20 min from Kingston

$20-25 depending on experience, full extended medical / dental, PPE allowance.

Duties will include working as part of a crew to safely prune and remove trees, plant trees, and clean up job sites. Moving brush and wood, raking debris, operating equipment such as a chainsaw, stump grinder, small dump trucks, assisting the arborist to safely lower material using a rope and mechanic assist devices, maintaining equipment, processing firewood etc

Minimum requirements:

- valid G license, conviction free
- physically fit and able to perform strenuous work on an ongoing basis

Desirable qualifications:

- previous experience with operating trucks / trailers, chainsaws, and other heavy equipment / power tools

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
