**Project Supervisor - Hudbay Lalor**

We are currently searching for a Hudbay Lalor Project Supervisor to work on site at Lalor Mine. This person will be the leader for our on-site Epiroc service team and work closely with Hudbay’s team to deliver the required services including equipment service and automation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure Epiroc employees follow all Epiroc PSD and site policies and procedures.
- Maintain a Team atmosphere and inspire continual improvement.
- Work as a mentor to technicians onsite.
- Manage, assist and oversee all Epiroc groups.
- Coordinate all Epiroc employee Training requirements for both Hudbay and Epiroc, maintain records as required.
- Manage time entry and approval, ensuring employees are entering correct hours and work orders
- Maintain Epiroc Crew Schedule, strive for 100% coverage.
- Understand Service agreement obligation and customers’ expectations and hold both parties accountable for these initiatives.
- Ensure all Epiroc machine issues are documented and reported properly.
- Manage Copcare program.
- Assist Hudbay with short and long-term equipment planning.
- Assist and work with Service Administrator in reducing WIP.
- And all other duties that may be assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of Heavy Equipment Technician or relevant education.
- 5 to 10 yrs. experience
- Solid knowledge of the repair and maintenance practices of surface and underground mining equipment
- Knowledge of Epiroc Service Protocols and procedures
- Solid knowledge of what’s required in the planning, coordination and direction of technicians and their work.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, M3
- Some knowledge of Epiroc Mining Products

**GENERAL WORK ATTITUDE**
- A proven self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision and lead others.
- A team player able to work well with & provide support/assistance to all departments within Epiroc.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP, M3
- Strong knowledge of Epiroc Capitol equipment Products.
- A proven Self Starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision

**Location and Schedule**:

- Snow Lake, Manitoba, Canada.
- Hudbay, Lalor Mine
- Shift rotation to be defined with contract approval. 7x7 or Modified work week
