**Description**:
The **Operations Supervisor** provides leadership, and operational oversight to ensure service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. This position is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Operations Supervisor works closely with fellow team members, peer supervisors, and the Manager of Airport Parking Operations to ensure we provide quality Customer Services, and promotes safety and security standards at all times. The field Supervisor also makes sure we continue to adhere to provincial and local laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Supervision**
- Coordination of staffing for every department based on client/customer demands.
- Staff disciplinary action when required, including issuing of coaching's, verbal warnings, and written warnings with the approval of the Manager. Subsequent monitoring and follow up action, and participation in grievance/dismissal proceedings.
- Monitoring of personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards.
- Completion of paperwork related to staff hiring, transfer, termination, and hours worked.

**Location Presentation**
- Regular review of the locations physical condition including signage, surface, lighting, automated equipment, etc.
- Contacting the proper departments should the situation call for it.
- Provide positive customer service experiences for all Impark customers and clients by ensuring all marketing direction and signage meet the clients requirements.
- Ensure location is operated and maintained to Imparks company standards
- Assist customers with parking payments
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments.
- Investigate claims/incident reports, and process refunds
- Provide information to customers on long term parking options
- Process cash transactions and deposits
- Daily site inspections and equipment checks
- Maintenance of site system software
- Correspondence and communication with all company departments as needed.
- Reporting and requesting of equipment servicing/repairs
- Manage site staff
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to cover the entire site
- Ensuring information is provided for accounting purposes and capital expenditure items are approved as needed.
- Liaison with contractors, ground transportation department, commercial vehicle ambassador, onsite dispatch, management, equipment suppliers, and the client themselves.
- Ensure that all accounting and contract information is distributed to ensure appropriate internal set up of site.

- Hands on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software.
