**Responsabilités**
- Aider notre clientèle par la vente et la location de matériel musical.
- Définir les besoins de chaque client et les combler grâce à la bonne combinaison de nos produits et services.
- Présenter les produits recommandés et en expliquer les avantages et caractéristiques.
- Répondre au téléphone rapidement et de manière professionnelle.
- Faire le suivi des commandes auprès des clients et des fournisseurs.
- Utiliser notre approche du « bon sens » avec les clients afin de diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie et actuelle de nos produits, politiques et procédures.
- Assister aux réunions hebdomadaires et aux formations périodiques.
- Aménager la succursale afin de créer un environnement agréable pour nos clients.
- Participer à l’entretien ménager, aux tâches d’entrepôt et à d’autres tâches connexes.

**Exigences**
- Être un musicien ou une musicienne jouant d’au moins un instrument.
- Être disponible pour travailler durant la semaine (jour et soir) ainsi que la fin de semaine.
- Excellente habileté en communication verbale.
- Attitude positive et calme.
- Éthique de travail et engagement solides.
- Énergie et enthousiasme.
- Capacité à exceller dans un environnement dynamique.
- Habileté à proposer des solutions avec assurance et de manière convaincante.
- Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente un atout.
