Overview:
The main goal of the Service Advisor is to interpret customer concerns and comments for the technician, so that the technician will diagnose and repair problems correctly. The service advisor is the liaison between the customer and the entire service team.

Reports to: Service Manager

Compensation: $20 - $25/hr.

Benefits: This position is eligible for participation in the company benefits plan.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Meeting & greeting service customers.
- Taking service related calls and texts from customers.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Advising customers of additional accessories available for their RV.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- 1 year service advisor experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
