Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Flight Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality flight training to our students, helping them develop the skills and knowledge they need to become safe and competent pilots.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting ground school and flight training sessions with students, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and our company's curriculum.

Providing personalized instruction and guidance to help students progress at their own pace and overcome any challenges they may encounter.

Administering and grading mock exams to evaluate student performance and ensure compliance with Transport Canada requirements.

Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with students and their families regarding their training status.

Assisting with aircraft pre-flight checks, maintenance, and repair as needed, in coordination with our maintenance team.

Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in flight instruction.

**Requirements**:
Valid Transport Canada Flight Instructor Rating.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Strong understanding of aviation safety principles and the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed, to accommodate student schedules.

Valid Canadian Driver's License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
