**Opportunity**
La Petite École invites a French-speaking early childhood educator to join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting expansion from a half-day to a full-day program.

**Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Fluent in spoken French
- In good standing with the College of ECE

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working with the 2-4 age group
- Familiarity with daycare software (we utilize Brightwheel)

**Responsibilities**

As part of our dedicated team, your role encompasses:

- Collaboratively refining our curriculum
- Implementing curriculum within a play-based, French immersion framework
- Ensuring adherence to our foundational pillars: Belonging, Expression, Engagement, Well-being
- Collaborating on environment preparation, activity planning, and execution
- Fostering trust with families through effective and attentive communication.
