At Upper Crust we are passionate about food and great bakery goods. We have several inspired product lines, but our Everyday Artisan inspired product line is most successful due to our team effort. Our Marketers are focused on the 4 P’s: Product, Place, Price & Promotion. These brand fundamentals are key to driving new marketing strategies, product innovation, and disrupting the industry. We leverage consumer insights and analytics to develop new strategies and communication campaigns. We also work closely with cross-functional internal teams and external agency partners to create the newest and most exciting products.

**Job Summary**

The Sales & Marketing Administrator works collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales Teams to achieve objectives related to our divisional strategic goals. This role supports both teams in expanding the business through day-to-day tasks and assigned projects with a primary focus on creating and organizing our sales/marketing programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work day-to-day with Marketing and Sales teams and provide support by creating and formatting proposals and sales decks, coordinating client meetings, coordinating contracts for signature and other document management and administrative tasks.
- Support the commercialization and launch of new product innovations and renovations based on company objectives and strategic plans. This includes conducting market and category evaluations, drilling for consumer insights, testing and research, helping to design packaging, product development, and design.
- Execute the power of consumer insights, analytics, and brand to exceed customer desires driving sales and category growth.
- Support strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional business teams including R&D, Operations, Finance, and Creative Agencies & Partners.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- An undergraduate university or college degree in business is required. An MBA is considered an asset.
- High-energy professional ready to balance multiple, simultaneous priorities.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals. Ability to understand sales and brand strategies and business solutions.
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, product innovation commercialization, and brand communications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to get things done.
- Professional, team player, personable, and results-driven with genuine care for people’s success across the business.
