SUMMARY: The individual in this position is responsible for resolving technical customer service-related issues resulting in total customer satisfaction. This individual maintains an assigned service territory and inventory. Service territory for this position is the Niagara region and Hamilton area.
Key Job Responsibilities

Represents the Company in a polite, productive, and professional manner.
Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal and retrofits on B-W, color, and multifunctional devices
Performs all maintenance service as described in maintenance procedures.
Completes technical training on new equipment as necessary
Maintains productive, professional relationship with all customer and company personnel.
Works closely with sales personal to maximize equipment upgrade opportunities.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**:
Post-Secondary Education in the area of technical specialization with a high degree of mechanical aptitude.
Requires an excellent working knowledge of electro-mechanical and electronic devices.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
Excellent customer service skills including ability to follow up to ensure closure of issues.
Familiarity with networking IT skills, including a firm grasp of IP networking and common IT protocols (SMB, FTP, SNMP, SMTP).
Other Requirements
Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving history and a minimum level of auto insurance coverage utilizing personal vehicles while for company business.

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
