**Here's a quick overview of what you will be doing **
- Work collaboratively with the production team and management
- Develop and program lighting based on artist stage plot with a focus on highly dynamic lighting looks driven by artist material
- Make each show's visuals an experience while maintaining light levels suitable for recording
- Operate PTZ Cameras and recording video (ISO and switched program)
- Operate and maintain equipment with the highest level of care to ensure future shows have access to the same or better
- Provide post show feedback and improvements

**Skills we would love you to have**

We are looking to build a team with a passion for live music and a desire to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, artists and fellow team members. As a vital member of our Music Production team we expect you to have the following skills
- Familiarity of various DMX control systems and in particular Chamsys MQStadium-Connect
- Working knowledge of fixtures and uses including the programming of moving head fixtures
- High level of show etiquette and professionalism
- High level of organizational ability
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced stage environment
- A high level creative sense in designing many dramatic “looks”
- Ability to also work with video systems including recording, IMAG and playback
- Experience with ProPresenter, PTZ camera systems and multi camera switching systems in particular Datavideo SE-3200 production switcher
- Familiarity with all other systems such as audio.

**What we need you to have **
- 2-3 years experience running video and or lighting systems in a venue setting
- Right to work in Canada
- Ability to work at height
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift
- Ability to lift or move up to 60 pounds regularly
- Able to work flexible hours, especially on show days.
- A winning attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC V1Y 1Z9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Event/Venue Lighting Systems: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
