Fondée à Montréal en 1995, la Galerie LeRoyer est l'une des principales galeries d'art contemporain au Canada, représentant des artistes canadiens et internationaux de renom. La galerie offre deux espaces dans le Vieux-Montréal et un à Yorkville, Toronto. Nous sommes à la recherche de nouveaux membres de l'équipe passionnés par l'art et la vente, qui soient communicatifs, enthousiastes et professionnels.

**Exigences**:
**Attentes**:

- Excellentes compétences en matière de vente et de service à la clientèle.
- Formation : DEC, baccalauréat ou expérience similaire.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente.
- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques, en particulier Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite et les logiciels de base de données.
- Connaissance pratique et passion pour l'art moderne et contemporain.
- Disponible pour travailler les week-ends.
- Connaissance de base de la suite Adobe Creative : Acrobat, Photoshop - un atout.
- Expérience administrative, un atout.
- Expérience préalable de travail avec une galerie d'art, une maison de vente aux enchères ou un musée, un atout.

**Tâches**:

- Vendre, guider et conseiller les collectionneurs d'art et les clients.
- Ce poste implique un contact important avec une clientèle internationale, d'où l'importance de la discrétion et de l'assurance.
- Fournir des connaissances et des informations sur les artistes et le marché de l'art.
- Soutien administratif : mise à jour des feuilles de calcul, préparation des factures de vente et d'expédition, gestion des stocks, etc.
- Attention particulière aux détails.
- Coordonner et exécuter de manière indépendante les courriels et les envois postaux.
- Capacité à gérer un volume important de tâches complexes avec rapidité, efficacité et responsabilité.
- Aide à l'organisation d'événements, de vernissages, de visites privées, d'événements spéciaux.

The gallery offers two spaces in Old Montreal, and one in Yorkville, Toronto. We are looking for new team members who are passionate about art and sales, who are confident, enthusiastic, and professional.
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, written and oral. (Montreal)
- Education: DEC, Bachelor's degree or similar experience.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite and database software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Acrobat, Photoshop - an asset.
- Administrative experience an asset.
- Previous experience working with an art gallery, auction house or museum an asset.
- A working knowledge of and passion for modern and contemporary art.
- Available to work weekends.
- Role:_
- Selling, guiding, and advising art collectors and clients.
- This position involves significant contact with global clientele therefore utmost discretion and poise are essential.
- Providing knowledge and information about the artists and the art market.
- Administrative support; updating spreadsheets, preparing sales & shipping invoices, inventory management etc.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high volume and complex tasks with speed, efficiency and accountability.
- Assisting with the organization of events, openings, private viewings, special events.
