**Position Overview**:
Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in the field of marketing and develop their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our products/services and enhance brand visibility.
- Support marketing manager in organizing various client and development-related projects.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts when appropriate.
- Conduct community market research and analyze consumer trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Support the coordination and execution of events, community engagement initiatives, and other promotional activities, including logistics, vendor booking, planning & coordinating, as well as and attendee interaction.
- Help maintain marketing databases and assist in data entry, assisting in creating budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
- Complete analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to optimize marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and ability to analyze data to draw actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Adobe Suite is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
